Strawberry Basil And Balsamic Panna Cotta
A delightful panna cotta with a twist of strawberry, basil, and balsamic.

Panna Cotta
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and whisk until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and chopped basil. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Top the chilled panna cotta with the strawberry mixture before serving.
