  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 Kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine strawberries, kiwis, lemon juice, and sugar.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.
  4. 4. Add water to the pitcher and stir well.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. 6. Serve over ice and enjoy!
