- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 units eggs

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped strawberries and lemon zest.
