Strawberry Salsa With Cinnamon Chips
A refreshing strawberry salsa paired with crispy cinnamon chips. Perfect for a summer snack or appetizer.

Salsa
- 2 cups Strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
Cinnamon Chips
- 4 pcs Flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint. Mix well and set aside.
Brush flour tortillas with melted butter on both sides. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle over the tortilla wedges.
Place the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
Serve the strawberry salsa with the cinnamon chips. Enjoy!
