Ingredients 

Salsa

  • 2 cups Strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped

Cinnamon Chips

  • 4 pcs Flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Brush flour tortillas with melted butter on both sides. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle over the tortilla wedges.
  5. Place the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  6. Serve the strawberry salsa with the cinnamon chips. Enjoy!
