Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry tops
  • ½ cup Basil leaves
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
