Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Flank steak
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and spinach, cook until spinach is wilted.
  3. Lay the flank steak flat and season with salt and pepper. Spread the spinach mixture and feta cheese evenly over the steak.
  4. Roll the steak tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  5. Place the rolled steak in an oven-safe dish and bake for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
  6. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
