- 4 Rock Cornish game hens
- 1 cup wild rice cooked
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked wild rice, mushrooms, onions, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each hen with the rice mixture.
Place hens in a baking dish and roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
