Summer Melon Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed seedless
- 1 cup Cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup Honeydew, cubed
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped, for garnish
1. In a blender, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice, honey, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, garnished with chopped mint leaves.
