  • 1 can Lychee in syrup drained and syrup reserved
  • 2 cups Sparkling water
  • 1 cup Lychee syrup reserved from can
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 4 sprigs Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pitcher, combine the lychee syrup and sparkling water.
  2. 2. Add the drained lychees and ice cubes.
  3. 3. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
