  • 1 lb sunchokes peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 lb potatoes peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sunchokes and potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sunchokes and potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Gruyere cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
