Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Tofu firm, cubed
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks canned or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the pineapple chunks and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, and brown sugar. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Return the tofu to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
