Tatuma Summer Garden Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Tatuma squash, diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced Tatuma squash, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. Add crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
