Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 grams Tindora (Ivy Gourd) sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard Seeds crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 cup Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and slice the tindora.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tindora, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a pan until it starts to smoke. Let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. Pour the warm oil over the tindora mixture and mix well.
  5. 5. Store the pickle in a clean, dry jar. Let it sit for at least a day before serving.
