Toasted Onion Dip With Veggies

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Assorted fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers) cut into sticks
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
Once onions are caramelized, let them cool slightly, then mix into the yogurt and sour cream mixture.
Transfer the dip to a serving platter and arrange fresh veggies around it.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
