Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in nutritional yeast and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and gently fold in diced avocado.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
