Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in nutritional yeast and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and gently fold in diced avocado.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
