Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm tofu drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the tofu. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
Serve hot.
