Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the tofu. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly crispy.
  5. Serve hot.
