Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
1. Slice the tofu into ½ inch thick steaks.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Place the tofu steaks in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Pour the soy sauce over the tofu steaks and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
