Tomatillo Guacamole Recipe
A zesty twist on traditional guacamole with the addition of tangy tomatillos.

Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 3 Tomatillos husked and chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados and chopped tomatillos.
Add the minced jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix well.
Squeeze in the lime juice and add salt to taste. Stir until well combined.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
