  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 pinch Saffron threads crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the tomato paste and saffron threads. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to a container.
