  • 4 tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the halved tomatoes in a baking dish, cut side up.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the tomatoes are tender.
  6. Serve warm.
