  • 1 lb Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Oil

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Grate the potatoes into a bowl. Add cheese, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into small tots.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry tots until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
