Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for frying Oil
Boil potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Grate the potatoes into a bowl. Add cheese, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into small tots.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry tots until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
