Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. 2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
