Main Ingredients
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced avocado
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
