  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 bunch Purple Basil leaves only
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, and purple basil leaves.
  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the vegetables.
  4. 4. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
