Instructions
Rinse the wheatberries under cold water.
In a saucepan, combine wheatberries and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in honey if using. Serve warm.
