Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheatberries
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the wheatberries under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine wheatberries and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in honey if using. Serve warm.
