White Nectarine And Blackberry Cobbler

Filling
- 4 cups white nectarines, sliced
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, blackberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the fruit evenly.
Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
