Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted winter squash puree
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 oz bourbon optional

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine the squash puree, apple cider, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  2. Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. If using bourbon, add it to the blender and blend again until combined.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve warm.
