Won Ton Chips With Fruit Salsa

Won Ton Chips
- 12 pieces won ton wrappers cut into triangles
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Fruit Salsa
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush won ton wrappers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, mango, strawberries, lime juice, and cilantro.
Serve the fruit salsa with the won ton chips.
