Ingredients 

Won Ton Chips

  • 12 pieces won ton wrappers cut into triangles
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush won ton wrappers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, mango, strawberries, lime juice, and cilantro.
  5. Serve the fruit salsa with the won ton chips.
