Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
