Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Baguette sliced and toasted
  • 2 pieces Organic Hatch Peppers sliced
  • 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
  • 4 slices Tomato ripe
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • a few leaves Fresh Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Fry the sliced Hatch peppers until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Toast the baguette slices on a baking sheet in the oven until golden brown.
  4. 4. Assemble the crostini by layering a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, and a few pieces of fried Hatch pepper on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. 5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
